We will only retain your personal data for as long as you are our customer. We’ll only hold on to your information for as long as you are a customer. If you haven’t logged onto our website for three years we will delete your information from our systems. If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can also contact us and request to delete all the information we have on you.

The length of time we retain this data is dependent on various factors such as nature and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data and of course if your account has been inactive for a long period of time. Should this be the case, then we would close your account and erase any personal data we hold.
